We are pleased to announce that Patrick and Maureen “O’Grady” White have been selected as the 2013 King and Queen of the Allentown St. Patrick’s Parade! Patrick and Maureen will be crowned King and Queen on March 15, 2013 at the Annual Coronation Celebration.

Congratulations to Emily Kidd the 2013 Allentown St. Patrick’s Parade Poster Contest Winner! Emily is a 6th grade student at St. Ann’s in Emmaus and her art teacher is Angela Faidley! Follow us on twitter @paradeday2013 Registration for the 56th annual Allentown St Patricks Day Parade is now open! To register for the 2013 Parade simple read through the parades guidelines and submit the registration form located on our registration page located here! Once a registration form is submitted, you will be contacted by a parade committee member with further information. See you March 17th! The 2012 parade is in the books and we couldn’t have asked for nicer weather or better crowds! Thanks to everyone that came out to enjoy the fun, sun and green! See you all at the 2013 parade! The West End Pub Crawl will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 and will be presented by 10 West End Pubs; Jack Callaghan’s Ale House The crawl is $15 per person and includes a t-shirt, beads and other giveaways. This year Geiger Beverage and the Coors Brewing Company are supplying “Free” Coors Cutter (non-alcoholic beverage) to all designated drivers on the pub crawl to promote “Drink Responsibility”. Registration is at any of the 10 participating pubs starting at 6 pm with the crawl departing at 6:30 pm. Funds from the pub crawl help pay for the 10 pipe bands that participate in the Parade. The 4th Annual Best Legs in a Kilt Contest will be held prior to the Pub Crawl at Jack Callaghan’s Ale House. The Kilt Contest is free and open to men and women. The Kilt Contest will take place at 5:30 pm with registration available at Jack Callaghan’s Ale House up until 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 10. Judges for this year’s event are as follows: Patti Nappi, Colleen McGinley, Staci Horvath, Andrew Woodward, Dan Marano and Dan Eck.
